Do you ship internationally?

Yes - we currently ship to UK, USA and Canada.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 3–5 working days, but please allow extra time for wax melts. All of our wax melts are hand-poured in small batches, which means processing can take a little longer — especially during busy periods. You’ll receive a dispatch email once your order is on its way!

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes! All wax melts, sprays, and other products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We only source ingredients and materials from trusted suppliers.

Do you offer refunds for unclaimed parcels?

If a parcel is returned to us because it wasn’t collected or was marked unclaimed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund. As a small business, all items are handmade and dispatched as agreed. If you'd like your order re-sent, we’re happy to arrange that with a small additional postage fee.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to help. Please contact us at deadlightcoinfo@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once an item is packed or shipped, changes can’t be made.
